Chinese women's Opinions on International Marriages


As international marriages became more and more popular in China , one of famous Chinese newspapers - Nanfang Daily teamed up with sina.com.cn put together an online poll asking for Chinese women's input and views on international marriages. There are a total of 3,464 people participated in this survey, you may know more about Chinese women from the results below:

1. For many Chinese, matrimony between two middle-aged people can only be born out of practical needs and has little to do with romance and love. Do you think that this is also the prevalent opinion of Westerners and international marriages?
A. Marriage is often about love for westerners, more so than it is in China    (52.20% / 1,811)

C. Infidelity in marriage is more prevalent in the west, so the quality of marriage is even lower than it is in China    (16.6% / 574)
